Meditations by Sjoukje Gummels

"Our oldest ancestors are the elements. Nothing in this world does not hold water, fire, air, earth, or light. When I started to remember that again, it gave me a deeper sense of belonging within myself."

Meditation Journeys

Celestial Healing Light Journey Meditation

In this journey, you are invited to connect to your spark, your essence, to experience your inner light. It is an invitation to remember who you are in your strength, your beauty, and in your perfection. It is a moment for you to light bathe and be nourished. When you shine your unique light you are not only at service to yourself, but to all of life.

Air Meditation

In this journey, you are invited to draw in the breath of life, connect to your visionary ability, and find new ways to express your highest self. Allow this meditation to open your senses, renew your being, and awaken a childlike imagination.

Earth Meditation

The element of Earth provides us with the perfect mirror, a chance to reflect on where we need to nurture and tend to our physical bodies. In this meditation, you are invited to observe her healing and transformative abilities and plant new seeds of growth within yourself.

Fire Meditation

In this meditation, you are invited to connect to your inner flame. Allow yourself to open to the shamanic wisdom of fire. Awaken your vibrance, reconnect with your passions, and activate your innate life force. What does your inner fire need to thrive?

Water Meditation

Water can take on many forms: Roaring rapids, a trickling stream, or the stillest lake. The wisdom of water is in its ability to reveal the depths of our true feelings and emotions. What parts of ourselves do we deny? What parts provide us with the most flow? In this meditation, you are invited to look to water for the answer.

Inner-Garden Journey Meditation

In this meditation you are invited to explore your own inner landscape and to really become the caretaker of this sacred place within you. Our inner landscape is a reflection of how we perceive or even experience our own lives and the world around us. This is a beautiful sacred selfcare practice that can create change in your daily life.
