A notebook and pen
Curiosity
A private space

How it works

Each day you will receive a prompt from Roxy in your email inbox. Follow the prompt and reflect. Share your reflections directly with Roxy. Roxy will respond with support, validation and bespoke suggestions to explore further. 

Example of a daily task

Theme: Love for your body

  1. Video of an explanation of what the day will entail

  2. Video guided Meditation to do before journaling prompt task

  3. Journaling Prompt:

What do you love about your body? 
What do you think others love about your body?
What parts do you reject, criticize, or ignore? Specifically consider parts of yourself such as, parts of your body, mind, personality, or parts of your sexuality.  When you criticize yourself what do you say? Is that your voice?

Take out your journal. Quiet your mind and reflect on these questions. Set the timer on your phone for 10 minutes and GO! Don’t edit. Don’t stop your impulse. Allow your inner voice to flow. There is no right or wrong.
